We are looking for a quiet, clean, mature, responsible students to share a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the house.
Skeena house has been housing VFS students, exclusively, for the past 14 years, and was established by VFS and the previous owner. We have rooms that range in size and go from $1250 to $1450.
There will be two rooms available for May 1st 2024, one in a downstairs apartment and one in the upper suite.
Our place is reasonably clean, safe and quiet.
We come to help with common areas cleaning as needed.
Rent includes, a fully furnished room ready to move into (beddings, towels all provided), shared living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, as well as, all utilities, free laundry facility, high speed WIFI, and, upon request, complementary Shaw open that allows you to have free WiFi in the city.
Located in a quiet residential area, but very close to downtown, just a 3 min walk to the rapid bus line, that will take you to downtown in 15 to 20 mins or less, and a min up the street for bus no 14. City bike route is one block away. Easy access to mountains as well.

This is NOT a party house, and it is a smoking, excessive drinking and drug free environment.
We are Landlords that are involved, look after the property fast, but don't live on the premises. You can check our references with VFS student services, and all the rooms are available through Student Services for an extra fee.
We offer minimum of 6 months lease with the option to extend for additional 6 months or as long as you are VFS student. Most of the students (99%) stay with us for the duration of their studies.
